AVIV Clinics has been named the presenting partner of the ISPS Handa World Invitational, taking place at Galgorm Castle and Massereene Golf Clubs next month.

The ISPS Handa World Invitational presented by AVIV Clinics will bring together some of the best players in the men’s and women’s game, with a DP World Tour tournament and co-sanctioned LPGA Tour and Ladies European Tour tournament played concurrently over the two courses from August 11-14.

This partnership builds on AVIV Clinic’s existing relationship with the DP World Tour, after the company became Title Partner of the Dubai Championship in 2021. AVIV Clinics, a subsidiary of DP World, provide unique, personalised medical programmes to improve the aging process by increasing cognitive and physical performance in healthy aging adults.

With clinics in Florida and Dubai, AVIV also offer a 12-week bespoke Golf Performance Program which is designed to boost overall brain and body health, with clients receiving oxygen therapy, individualised training, a nutrition plan and golf coaching.

Niall Horan, tournament ambassador and founder of Modest! Golf Management, said: “We are delighted to welcome AVIV Clinics as presenting partner of the ISPS HANDA World Invitational. All of us at Modest! are proud of our association with this innovative event that now spans six years, and with a partner like AVIV on board, we are well set to continue growing the event.

“It has been great seeing men and women playing golf on the course at the same time and for equal prize money. This provides an innovative spectacle for fans, and the tournament has always been so well supported by the local crowds. We look forward to welcoming them to County Antrim again next month.”

Mike Frayne, CEO of AVIV Clinics Dubai, said: “The AVIV Medical Program is an evidence based personalised program which utilises hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) to ignite the self- regenerative capabilities of the body and has been shown to enhance stamina, improve body strength and reduce pain related inflammation. This program is highly suited to golf and will help both professional and amateur golfers improve physical and mental performance. The DP World Tour provides the perfect platform to showcase our services and we are delighted to partner with one of the most innovative tournaments in professional golf.”

Max Hamilton, Commercial and Consumer Director of the European Tour group, added: “The ISPS Handa World Invitational is a tournament we are especially proud of – demonstrating our drive to be innovative, inclusive, and collaborative in everything we do. Having men and women from three different Tours compete together is a unique format and with AVIV Clinics as a partner, we will be working together to further expand the reach of this great event and use it as an ideal platform to showcase AVIV’s innovative range of products and services.

“We would like to thank Niall Horan and the team at Modest! Golf Management for their commitment to this event over the last six years and look forward to continuing working with them to ensure the further growth of this tournament in the future.”

The tournament will also host the G4D Tour, which brings together the world’s best golfers with a disability. Last year, Modest! Golf player Brendan Lawlor secured an emotional victory at Galgorm – a win which moved him to the top of the World Ranking for Golfers with Disability (WR4GD) for the first time.
