The 2021 ISPS HANDA World Invitational presented by Modest! Golf will once again be sponsored by GolfNow. The UK & Ireland’s biggest provider of online tee times was the first technology company to sign the R&A’s Women in Golf Charter and pledged its support in furthering the game for women at all levels. This latest initiative sees GolfNow lend its support to an exciting and growing tournament format, which sees men and women compete side by side for the same prize money.

Hosted by Galgorm Castle and Massereene Golf Club, the 2021 ISPS HANDA World Invitational delivers a week of golfing entertainment and competition. A ‘first of its kind’ event in the northern hemisphere, this is a tri-sanctioned tournament between the European Tour, LPGA Tour and the Ladies European Tour. Galgorm has hosted international tournament golf for over a decade, and along with Massereene will provide a stern test for all participants.

Over the last five years, GolfNow has continued to support this exciting and evolving event at Galgorm and values the opportunity to connect with local golfers. This year will be no different, as GolfNow provides the prizes at a special floating green challenge, organised by Modest! Golf and other sponsors. Golfers who hit the floating green at Galgorm Spa & Resort will be rewarded with golf goodies, with limited edition Rory McIlroy TaylorMade wedges up for grabs, as well as tee time vouchers, golf balls and TaylorMade caps.

“We are delighted to be sponsoring the ISPS HANDA World Invitational once again,” says Fiona Hampton, Director of Sales and Customer Success at GolfNow International. “This forward-thinking event has been elevated to European Tour, LPGA and LET status and has gone from strength-to-strength over the years.

“The standard of golf in 2019 was outstanding, with our own Stephanie Meadow taking the women’s title. I’m sure this year will be no different. Galgorm and Massereene Golf Club are two hugely popular venues on our platforms, so it’s great to see some of the world’s best players being tested there too.”

Ross Oliver, ISPS HANDA World Invitational Operations Director, said: “We are delighted to have GolfNow’s continued support for this year’s ISPS HANDA World Invitational. We look forward to welcoming you all to Galgorm and Masserene!”

The ISPS HANDA World Invitational gets underway from Wednesday 28 July with the Pro-am before the first round begins the following day at Galgorm and Massereene.
